D and Depression
According
a research lack of vitamin D and increasing in hormone production in lately age
is caused depression .Survey shows that vitamin D and depression have deep relation.
In lately age people are not willing to eat much food, hardly walk in sun, wearing
different kind of clothes are the reason of lacking vitamin D. In this age
people should increase the level of calcium and vitamin D in their food. Staying
in sun for little time is good for health. In this age people may have lots of
related to bone joint so they most eat food that have lots of calcium like
fish, milk, cheese, banana etc.
