Food for B blood group’s people
B blood group’s people are supposed
to be luckier than other blood group’s people because this group of people can
eat lots types of food as their balance diet. This group’s people can eat
fruit, green vegetables, fish, meat, milk product, grains etc. Even this group
of people can eat lots types of food but chicken meat can be very harmful for
them. It’s better to stay away from peanuts, corn, sesame it will increase
weight. B blood group’s people should not eat food made from wheat and tomato.
For B blood group holder swimming and morning walk is better than Yoga.
