use of ginger


                        
    Useful ginger

            Spill fresh ginger and add lemon water and drink it helps to stomach pain and gastric problem. Drink boiled ginger water with lemon and sugar to prevent cough and cold daily. If you have problem on traveling like vomiting and headache than eat a little ginger before 20 minutes of ride. It really helps to have nice travel. Add ginger in your curry daily it helps prevent the cold.
