Recipe of Honey Apricots (for 4 persons)




Ingredients
  • 700 gm ripe apricots
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 50gm honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Method
  1. First clean apricot nicely.
  2. Cut the apricots in halves and remove the seed.
  3.  Cut lemon into eight pieces.
  4. Pour lemon juice and honey into a non-stick pan.
  5. Add cinnamon and heat for five minutes till mixture begins to caramelize.
  6. Now add apricots and cook on high flame for three minutes.
  7. Serve warm to feel the real taste.
